Details: After removal of the front left tooth, we fabricated a provisional bridge. This was made from a carefully designed wax up template of the ideal expected result. We the transferred the wax up data to the patients mouth. After, shows the result of following the cosmetic plan allowing the patient to receive what she has tried out in the temporary. | |

Details: After preparing the surrounding teeth and removing the fractured tooth, we were able to create a lovely, natural smile which was exactly to the patients specifications in terms of color length and shape.
